Sarantos’ love for music began before he even understood what “passion” meant. Growing up in his family’s diner, he would jot down lyrics on anything he could find—scraps of paper, loose napkins—whenever he wasn’t helping out as a cook, dishwasher, waiter, or cashier. Over the years, his iPhone, iPad, and computer have taken the place of those old scraps of paper (and trust him, it took forever to digitize those early songs!).

Music is Sarantos’ way of connecting with people and exploring the world around him. His lyrics capture the spectrum of human emotion, celebrating both the challenges and the blessings life brings.
